I've never seen so much publicity and advertising for a documentary. The documentary that I speak of is called "The Secret." Being a student of motivation, self esteem, personal development and all matters pertaining to success I had to go and buy a copy. I'm now going to tell you what it is all about... so, if you don't want to know or you just want to find out for yourself then DO NOT read this!

For me, The Secret, didn't contain anything I didn't really already know. That's not to say that I was disappointed with the content of the DVD. It just presented a well-known success principle from a different perspective.

So, for the uninitiated what is this "Secret?" Put very simply it is the concept of the "Law of Attraction." It is also known by its acronym - LOA. I learned about LOA or manifestation some 20 years ago when I participated in my first Bob Proctor self development course. So it did not surprise me that Bob Proctor featured heavily within the documentary. He has been teaching this stuff for a long time.

LOA is also the premise behind Napoleon Hill's famous book called "Think and Grow Rich." LOA is also the fundamental premise behind my own manual called "How to Stop Wasting Your Life and Start Getting What You Want."

The owner of The Secret, Rhonda Byrne, has done a marvellous job promoting this DVD and book. There is also a huge range of ancillary products available. From my own point of view I have to say that The Secret is not much of a secret at all.

I will say that The Secret is very nicely filmed and presented. No expense has been spared to make it very visually appealing.

I wonder how much notice people will take of its message. I hope plenty of people do. There is far too much negative thought, negative vibration and negative energy in this world. A good dose of positivity won't hurt one little bit!
